Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval and in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be issued for items that:

  • Have been used, altered, dropped, or broken
  • Have been damaged after delivery
  • Are not returned in their original condition and packaging

All items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition to be eligible for a refund.

All return postage, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend returning items via a tracked and insured shipping method. You assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

My Yacht will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if return shipping insurance is not purchased.
