Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (provided a valid email address is supplied). Order confirmations are typically sent within a few minutes of purchase.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. We ship using Australia Post or TNT, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Dispatch times may be extended if an item is temporarily out of stock.
