Outils Ocean Safety Harness

This work harness and fall-arrest system provides secure, comfortable support while climbing or working at the masthead. Adapted from mountaineering gear, the fall-arrest device attaches to a spare halyard and automatically locks if a fall occurs. It moves upward with the user during ascent, and during descent it must be guided down by hand.
